i think this might be ramification of the switch from cos.jar to commons-fileupload jar ... i experienced the same issue and patched it on my local version of Dbforms. I can submit it to CVS, if you want !

Hi all,
I have a problem on DISKBLOB Fileds since Version 2.3 of DBForms: Prior to this release, the Database field of type "diskblob" contains the pure filename ( with extension) after uploading a file. In Release 2.3 the field contains now additionally the path! For me it semms that this is incorrect, cause the Path is defined in attribute "directory".
Just checked this with the bookstore example and there is only the filename stored - no the path. Any other settings in your config file?
