[dbforms] The Real Button Problem

Trying to get the examples to work. I got this url to display the default customers:
http://www.tribley.org/testsuite/customer_list.jsp

However, when you click "new customer" you get a page cannot be found error with this 
url:


http://www.tribley.org/testsuite/servlet/control

Any ideas? Except to properly locate the database, I did not make changes to web.xml 
or to dbforms-config.xml, they are as-is from the dbforms 2.2 distro.
