* OK our docs say java 1.4 is required now -- and no longer has info on how to compile with 1.3.

* I moved things out of the "major new features" section and eliminated it.

* added [Optional] Configure for Big Tables -- in installation to explain how to
avoid memory issues and point to the chapter on the the navigation system to configure

* filter_tag section moved into sorting section

* updated the how to section and moved it from where henner just placed it in order to
rile him up a little (just kidding)

I haven't had time to look into the wiki but I think the "how to section" is a
candidate to be moved there. The issue is whether people will consistently say this is for
DbForms version 2.x.x. If they don't, we could end up with a bunch of how-tos that are
outdated. For example, we stuff data into the session in interceptors now to get at it in a
postXXX method, but I believe someone plans to make that a feature. So how do we keep an eye on
wikis? If someone writes a wiki to explain the session stuffing, but then a new feature
replaces it... I guess maybe we don't have any wikis now but was just wondering... If we could
search them and mark them as depreciated... Or if the version the suggestion is targeted at is
indicated, people could use that as a clue that things may have changed.
