Hi, In the tutorial chapter of dbforms user guide, services.jsp contains 2 parts, viz. first part with the list(editable individually) of rows displayed and the second part contains an empty row for inserting a new record. The insertNew buttom at the bottom is visible only when there are no records to display. And also it is inserting the record that is entered in the first part and not in the second part. 1) Why is that so? 2) For this case there is no need of second part? Can any one tell what is reason for that. How to go about inserting a new record from the second part?
