I work as the auditor with a bank in senegal,I have an Investor under my
portfolio with a closing balance of $30 million his first initial deposit.
This Investor died 31 july 2000 leaving no WILL or AUTHORIZATION for
re-transfer of his Investment and its proceeds to the INHERITOR and because of
