The jtags scripts were inadvertently omitted from 2.1.5. They are back in
the 2.1.6beta2 distribution, which I advise you download.

Personally I now use the etags that comes with 20.3.1. It has been upgraded
to handle Java. Some JDE users, however, claim the jtags scripts do a
better job. Take your choice.
