            Well I think that you need to be a little bit more
specific. Nested classes (inner classes right?) should be indented
reasonably by cc-mode. If you mean that you dont like the indentation
sytle then I suggest you read the cc-mode documentation, particularly
about "styles" of which there are a few you can try out.
