I've seen at least one such commercially available system posted to
comp.lang.java.programmer. You might want to do a search on dejanews.
Anyway, I used to periodically evaluate RoboHelp and other commercial and
shareware
help development systems when I was creating WinHelp systems and I never
found them
that useful.
