There is a jde-1.16.pkg.tar.gz which is JDE 2.1.4.
On a sidebar:
ftp://sunsite.auc.dk/pub/emacs/xemacs/packages/ is the only site I
found that had the hm--html-menus package; unfortunately, it looks like
right now they're in the of a mirror-sync or it's been deleted. So, if
you cannot find hm--html-menus package, drop me an email outside of the
jde maillist and I'll attach that package in an email.
