Hi, I am new to xemacs and JDE. I have some problems reguarding with
setting up the JDE in xemacs. Here is my situation,
OS : Red Hat Linux 6.0
Xemacs : 21.17
JDE : 21.5
cc-mode: I am not sure what this is... I am new...
.emacs :
(custom-set-variables)
(custom-set-faces)
(setq load-path (nconc
'("/home/lap/Desktop/Personal/download/Java/JDE/jde-2.1.5
")load-path))
(require 'jde)
when I open my xemacs, there are message saying
(1) (initialization/error) An error has occurred while loading ~/.emacs:
Cannot open load file: cc-mode
To ensure normal operation, you should investigate the cause of the error
in your initialization file and remove it. Use the `-debug-init' option
to XEmacs to view a complete error backtrace.
what is this mean? What is cc-mode? How can I get around this?
