JDE installation problem

[Man Wai Chiu]

Hi.  I have installed the JDE on my PC.  I don't see the JDE menu when I run
emacs.

Configurations -
Windows NT 4
JDE 2.1.5
NTEmacs 20.4.1

Here is what I have .emasc file
(setq load-path 
   (nconc 
    '( 
      "u:/mchiu/emacs/site/jde-2.1.5" 
      ;; Add paths to other add-on packages here. 
      ) 
     load-path))

(require 'jde)

Pleae help.
