I should also mention that Sunsite Denmark, which hosts the JDE mailing
list, was the subject of a massive virus attack about a year ago. As a
result, the site turned off an Internet protocol feature that allowed the
attack but that generally is not required. This has caused some
communications problems for some people whose Internet servers are
particularly finicky. This may be the problem in your case.
