Emacs version compatibility

Dear Paul,

In the online JDE user's guide, you write that the JDE requires the 20.3.1.
version of NT/Emacs. The latest release (from last July) on the NT/Emacs webpage
is 20.4.1. Is this version now supported by the JDE?
