You have misconfigured the JDE in some way. Please use JDE->Help->Submit Bug Report to generate a snapshot of your system when this problem occurs and sent it to me.
Also, could you please configure emailer to send in plain text. It's practically impossible for me to decipher your message in my mailer which does not support styled text and hence shows all the embedded font tags in your mail as text.
