Then I don't know what the problem is. The JDE uses browse-url (a standard
Emacs lisp package) to display URLs. browse-url assumes that it can start
Netscape by issuing the following command
netscape -remote openURL(...)
It sounds like a bug in Netscape or browse-url. You might want to try
Internet Explorer. It works fine for me on NT.
