I just grabbed the 2.1.6-beta24 release today and found out that JDE magically converts cygwin paths to Windows paths. This is all well and good if you're using windows tools, however I've got my compiler compiled so that it knows about the cygwin environment and therefore I do not want JDE to magtically convert paths.
