JDE requires that you download and install the semantic-1.1 package. The
JDE docs tell you where to get it.

I am having trouble getting JDE run with emacs version 20.4.2. Having
passed
all the steps of installation I am stuck with a message saying "cannot
load
file" "semantics" or somehting like that.
This happens to me in both Win98 and Unix.

Any help would be most appreciated
