A Lisp error on opening a Java source file typically indicates use of a
prj.el file created with a previous version of the JDE that has been
obsoleted by a new verion.

I suggest that you eliminate the prj.el file from the source tree to
confirm this. Then, recreate the prj.el file, if necessary.

I notice also that you have manually created (or edited) your prj.el file.
This is not a good idea as it can lead to errors.
