One can use Emacs in parallel with both JBuilder and Forte. When switching
back to JBuilder it automatically reloads the changed Java file and Forte
does so after asking for permission. When changing something in JBuilder /
Forte and switching back to Emacs, either do Files->Revert Buffer for each
file. If not then Emacs will complain when editing the same file.
To answer the question: selecting Emacs as default browser is not AFAI
possible...
