I agree. I'm still using Cygwin 19 because it does everything I need and
I've been afraid to unsettle my configuration (Cygwin upgrades used to be
very traumatic for me.) However, I've been meaning to upgrade to the latest
version. Any tips you, as a Cygwin master, can give JDE users would be
wonderful.
