cool debugging with tomcat and jde!

hello,

just to write something positive, it works nicely to debug with jdebug, ibm jdk 1.3 on 
linux, and the apache tomcat jsp engine on linux.

i had some trouble upgrading to jde222 because of really old format prj files. some 
issues remain but they might very likely be caused by the old prj files.
