Emacs 20.7 & latest JDE 2.2.2

Prior to every jde-compile, can there be a default file to source to get
latest environment variables?

Reason that I ask is that it is common for developers to have default
source files (.cshrc, etc). However depending on the job they are
working on the developer may have to source different environments at
the command prompt.
