'tempo

I am setting up my own copy of xemacs in my home directory on Solaris with
the latest JDE. I have all the required packages listed in the JDE
documentation, but it does not like the line:
(require 'tempo)
in the file jde-gen.el
Who provides the 'tempo' package?
