The gen javadoc command has nothing to do with coloring of tags. This is
controled by font-lock and any customization of font-lock and the font-lock
keyworks that the jde inherits from java-mode. It could be that java-mode
does not include the since keyword. Anway David Ponce's
extra-java-font-lock package provides correct colorization of the javadoc
keywords.
