Compile the JDE's Lisp files

I'm using the emacs on Windows 98. I installed the JDE and it is
working.

I found on sunsite.dk/jde web site how to compile the JDE's Lisp files,
but i did not get to realize.

What does the following sentence mean?

"The JDE command jde-compile-jde compiles the JDE Lisp code. It is the
easiest way to compile the JDE Lisp".

Could you help me how to compile the JDE's Lisp files?
