Hi Eric,

Regarding the *messages* buffer, this buffer is called the message log (or
something like that) in XEmacs. There is a command show-message-log  (or
something like that) in XEmacs. Maybe some XEmacs user can clear this up. I
am Emacs user so the JDEbug messages tend to reflect Emacs terminology.

It never ceases to amaze me that the XEmacs designers would rename and bury
such a critical buffer. What were they thinking?
