No response to command 1. (process = 1; timeout = 30 sec.)

        I'm cannot get the JDEbug process to work. My current configuration
is:

                Windows 2000
                Emacs 20.7 (for Windows)
                EIEIO 0.16
                ELIB 1.0
                JDE 2.2.6
                SEMANTIC 1.3.3
                SPEEDBAR 0.14 BETA 1


        I have attached my .emacs file and the sample Java file. When I set
a breakpoint at line 7 and run JDE->Debug App I get the following error
message:

                No response to command 1. (process = 1; timeout = 30 sec.)

        What can I do to fix this?
