Sorry, I had not read the updated documentation. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! As far as suggestions and implementations, I am full of suggestions but implementations come much harder! :-) There are two main things that will keep me from providing useful implementations: 1) my lack of skill with elisp 2) my general lack of understanding of the general design of jde (i.e., what is implemented in elisp, java, or beanshell).
