Hi Kevin

jde-ant-build assumes that you are using the JDE project facilities-- i.e., you
have a prj.el file in your project root. It looks for the build definition file
in the same directory. The easiest thing to do is just `M-x
jde-create-new-project` and select the directory containing your build file
