Or for those who expect computers to automate tedious tasks for them! :)
Most people expect modern software packages to be very easy to install,
at
least for a default configuration.  Power users can always customize. 
I've
managed to install the JDE; it's not that complicated.  But, it could be
easier, and if the computer could do it for me, that would be great.
