Semantic and xml

I'd like to take advantage of all the navigation tools that people have 
written to work with semantic for when I am editing XML files.  Does 
anyone know if an xml grammar has been written for semantic (or if it can 
even be done), or if not, maybe some pointers on how I could go about 
setting up semantic to handle XML?  Thanks,
