How is this different than using hide-show to fold up braces on methods?

I haven't looked at jde-overview (too much other stuff to do this week,
alas), but I would like to offer an observation: I like hideshow b/c
it lets me get an "overview" *in* the editable buffer. When I want to
drill into a method (and this works for languages besides java, btw),
I simply show it and start editing.

As I said, however, I haven't looked at jde-overview, so perhaps I'm
missing some original capability it provides.
