2.2.7.1 installation

Hi!

I'm running into errors. 

I have all the latest versions of the required packages. 

I had to change (require 'semantic-load) to (require 'semantic)
because I have no idea where the semantic-load package lives. 
Now it complains about semantic-java. Where is this package located?
