Hallo!
I made an upgrade to emacs 20.7.1 and jde 2.2.7.1.
Now a function seem to be not working anymore under WIN NT4.0 SP6:
If I try to browse jdk-doc with jde->help->jdk there is an error message
"ShellExecute failed".
The standard browser for windows is netscape.

Under WIN2000 SP2:
If I click the menu point "jde" in emacs menu bar, emacs hangs for some
seconds, before it displays the menu. The computer is not so very slow
(PIII 500MHz). I already compiled jde. Then I could see, that jde was
compiled, but the other components like elib, semantics, speedbar, eieio
are not compiled. Should I compile them to speed up the menu and how?
Another question (which should be posted to an emacs maillist, but
perhaps someone here has experience , too):
Is it possible, to adress a USB printer with a variable for printing ( I
use "setq printer-name' "LPT1:" "?
