OK.

When I have breakpoints *already* set within the JDE, JDEBug won't set them in a
new JVM that was found while listening.

The only way that I can get these breakpoints set is if I re-configure my debug
target VM to act as a server and then attach.

Make sense?

So basically:

Emacs listening, VM connecting, breakpoints ARE NOT set (bad)
JVM listening, Emacs connecting, breakpoints *are* set correctly (good)
