Yes, this is also happening to me (and it's *really* annoying). For me, it's been sporadic ... for example, it didn't happen at all yesterday. Unfortunately, I'm relatively new to xemacs (and jdee), so I wasn't able to figure out what was causing it. Restarting xemacs would usually cure it ... at least for a little while.
