JDEE2.2.8 vs Xemacs21.4

Hi everybody, here's my problem:
1. Linux - RedHat 7.3
2. JDE 2.2.8
3. Xemacs 21.4
4. My /.xemacs/init.el file is attached
5. The problem is: when I try to use either a template for code
generation, or Java New Class I receive the following exception from
Xemacs:
    <Symbol's function definition is void: deactivate mark>
Note that I didn't encounter this problem with Xemacs 21.0
