I had problems getting jdee to work when color-theme was installed first. Both
jdee and color-theme define a function named replace-in-string if not already
defined but the implementation differs.

I renamed replace-in-string to jde-replace-in-string

I also added included ant-contrib jar as its not installed by default on OS X.
