Master is master. Commits from here won't disappear.

It has elisp code from master, but with Cask build and Travis setup.
Java code is currently at https://github.com/pwojnowski/jdee-server as Maven
project. If cask branch will be master, then jdee-server can be transferred to
jdee-emacs.

The branch expects "jde-server-dir" to point to dir with jdee-server JARs
(jde.jar and bsh.jar).

We've got slightly different visions regarding JDEE, so at this moment it's 
hard 
to say. :-)

IMHO if you want to contribute, you should say what is your project vision in
the other thread.
