Now I could get compilation working :
* as I have configured my jde-global-classpath
* and I have applied that patch on compilation exit to convert string to number.
Also, the completion seems to be working. However I still could not use the jdb
utility. When I C-c C-v C-d, I get the following two messages:

I had put a breakpoint on the first line of the main class main method. If I
try a jde-bug-step-over, then the following message are issues:
