Finally I solved it, not sure how, but after changing jde-classpath and bsh-classpath without success, I have done an export CLASSPATH="/path/to/jde.jar" and it worked.. curious because I always used the same export + ./ and didn't work. Anyway I'll check the new SVN version, perhaps I upgrade, but I'm not really sure because I have no time to finish some work and it could be not an easy upgrade..
