[JDEV] Net::Jabber problem

I installed Net::Jabber library and tried to run "component_exec.pl" script.
What I got was:

[root@foo examples]# ./component_exec.pl
Can't locate object method "new" via package "Net::Jabber::Component" at
./compo
nent_exec.pl line 11.

what can be wrong?
