I have gone back to version 2.3.1.4 and I no longer have the problem.  The
raw XML for the two versions was different, but I can't remember off hand
what the difference was.  I will have to go back and try both again to see.

Use the OnXML event to trap the raw incoming/outgoing XML.. I agree..
something seems really strange here as I know that the DoDisconnect method
works ok.
