The reason you're seeing stuff like this is that temas changed the
config for the JDEV mailing list (and presumably others) to discourage
spam. So now you can't send a message to the list from an address that
is not subscribed to the list (well, you can, but your message gets
placed in a queue for approval by someone with list admin privileges
such as temas or myself). If you have any questions about which address
you're subscribed under, let me know and I'll check for you.
