I've been working on a Python Jabber lib from scratch. It uses a similiar
api to the Perl Net::Jabber, but is maybe a little more OO. It currently
provides basic functionality and I've written a simple cmd line client to
work with it. The code isn't really ready yet for public consumption , but
if anyones interested drop me a mail and I'll mail you the source.
