We make use of hegs JabWiki, you can find a collection of docs at

We need a coherent vision doc, a final draft if you like, perhaps I will
write that this weekend. Anyway, our ideas are fairly stable, there are a
few details we're still debating though. Unfortunately most of the design
work seems to take place in IM conversations :( so it's not all that easy to
log or document. We're working on it.
