[JDEV] Private Rooms and kicking people out...

Sounds terribly elitist I know -:)

In the client I am coding I want to be able to create private rooms, and
then have one client act as "moderator" (with the ability to kick someone
out if needed).

I've done public rooms - but was wandering if someone could point me in the
right direction if this is possible?
