[JDEV] libraries

I have a problem compiling the Jabber, it says I don't have some libraries
such as htmllite.dcu, xml1.dcu and many other. I've seached in the
computer and find out that there's not a path problem since the files are
not in the computer, can anyone tell me what to do in this case?
