These are "stored" within internal data structures in the server, so they're not in the user's XML file or anything like that. It sounds like you will need to write an internal component (or modify an existing one, i.e., mod_presence) to pull this data out of the server. But I'm not enough of a C / server guru to tell you exactly what you need to do.
