[JDEV] Protocol means to change jid

Hi All,   I have been searching but I have not found a way to send to all user’s that are subscribed to someone’s presence that this person has changed their JID.  This is particularly useful for when people change their names.  I have a utility written that will perform all updates on the local server(not thorugh the protocol, simply file manipulation), but if someone on another server has that person added to their roster they will never know that they now go by a different jid, am I even making sense here?  Does anyone think that this would be useful?   Tim Ferguson Cable & Wireless 719-590-4100
